How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom pieces are completed approximately 4 weeks after design approval. Timing may vary depending on the design, diamond sourcing and complexity.
Do you offer financing?
Flexible payment options may be available at checkout through our payment partners, subject to eligibility.
Can I see diamonds in person?
Yes. Private diamond viewings can be arranged by appointment in San Diego. We'll source options based on your preferences and budget before your appointment.
Do you provide certificates?
Grading reports are provided with qualifying diamonds from respected independent gemological laboratories such as GIA or IGI, when applicable.
What about resizing and repairs?
We offer complimentary resizing within the first year and lifetime repair services. We stand behind our craftsmanship.
Returns & Refunds
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client, all custom and made-to-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
Diamonds & Special-Order Stones
Diamonds or gemstones specifically sourced and purchased for a client are final sale once the stone has been purchased or committed to on the client's behalf.
